What’s Covered?

  • Lost in Transit – If tracking shows no movement for 15+ days.
  • Stolen After Delivery – Requires supporting documentation.
  • Damaged Items – Photo evidence required.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" but not reported stolen with supporting documentation.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability.

8.2 How to File a Claim

  1. Lost Package: Contact us if your tracking has shown no movement for 14+ days.
  2. Stolen Package: File a police report and provide a copy within 3 business days.
  3. Damaged Items: Send clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

8.3 Resolution Options

  • Replacements will be sent for verified claims.
  • Refunds may be issued if a replacement is not available.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
